Yes, all of our properties come with a payment plan following the construction period. Furthermore we offer for some of our developments that an % of the property can be financed through the going forward rental income.

Absolutely. We take care of your property from the development to the full management, covering, maintenance, security, housekeeping

We offer full flexibility. You can stay in the property the whole year if you want.
You can indeed, as well as we can put it for sale for you with the real photos of the property from the first day it is finished built with an increased price.

You own the property, but lease the land for a period of time. With our property investments the lease period starts from 25 - 40 years with the right to extend the land, either with a locked in price or by market price at the time of the extension.

Except a 1% notary fee of the property price there are no extra costs on top. All of our developments are including all taxes and fully furnished.
With a local PT PMA, also known as a limited company, you pay 0,5% in company taxes. Except this you pay in personal taxes in general 10%.
