Yes, all our properties come with a payment plan that begins after the construction period. Additionally, for certain developments, a percentage of the property can be financed using future rental income.
Absolutely. We handle everything from development to full property management, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
We offer complete flexibility—you're free to stay in the property year-round if you wish.
Absolutely! We can also list the property for sale on your behalf, using real photos of the completed property from the very first day of its completion, and at an increased price.
You own the property but lease the land for a set period. With our property investments, lease terms range from 25 to 40 years, with the option to extend the lease either at a locked-in price or the market rate at the time of extension.
Except a 1% notary fee of the property price there are no extra costs on top. All of our developments are including all taxes and fully furnished.
With a local PT PMA, also known as a limited company, you pay 0.5% in corporate taxes. In addition to this, you generally pay 10% in personal taxes.
